Smoked Paprika Hummus Recipe

Hummus is a delicious healthy snack option. Here is a quick and easy smoked paprika hummus recipe that’s sure to satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans
- ½ cup of Tahini
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Directions:
- Add chickpeas and garlic to a food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds.
- Add Tahini, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to the mixture and blend.
- After adding hummus to a bowl, you can sprinkle some extra paprika on top for presentation
- Serve with your favorite veggies, pita or naan. Enjoy!
