Matt MacIntosh Promoted to AVP Talent & Rewards
Northeast Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt MacIntosh to Assistant Vice President of Talent & Rewards. MacIntosh, previously the Talent Acquisition Manager, will be instrumental in creating a forward-thinking compensation philosophy and benefits strategy, along with enhancing the internal employee awards program within this newly established role.
Recently named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Credit Unions, Northeast Credit Union is dedicated to developing innovative recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. MacIntosh’s promotion aligns with this goal as he oversees the Talent Acquisition team responsible for identifying new talent, enhancing recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as employee engagement projects.
