Lighthouse Credit Union Promotes Ryan Grace to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Dover, N.H. – June 8, 2026 – Lighthouse Credit Union announced today the promotion of Ryan Grace to Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reflecting both his significant contributions to the organization and the growing strategic importance of marketing in driving the credit union’s future growth.

In his new role, Grace will lead Lighthouse’s enterprise marketing and insights organization, unifying brand strategy, growth marketing, communications, creative services, and member insights under a single vision. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will oversee efforts to strengthen the Lighthouse brand, deepen member relationships, and ensure marketing investments align with the organization’s mission and long-term growth objectives.

Under his leadership, Lighthouse has expanded its marketing capabilities while reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

As CMO, Grace will continue to advance modern marketing strategies that drive member acquisition and engagement across channels while leveraging insights and analytics to better serve members and communities.
