How does it work?

We believe banking should be as easy and non-time consuming as possible. We make this happen with Digital Banking.

How do I enroll in Digital Banking?

Members can self-enroll by going to lighthousecu.org or download the Lighthouse mobile app, select “Enroll Today” and follow the prompts.

What if I’m unable to login?

If you’re experiencing issues logging in, please call 888-436-1847 or stop by your local branch.

If you’ve not previously logged in, please use the self-enrollment option to set up your user profile, which can be found by clicking “Enroll Today” under the Digital Banking login on lighthousecu.org or mobile app.

What features are there?

We have quite a few new features with the new Digital Banking platform. Here are some of them:

  • Credit Score Card
  • Report fraud and dispute charges with just a few clicks
  • Categorize transactions directly in your account
  • Apply to skip a payment at anytime in the year
  • Link your external accounts for full financial picture view
  • Control your debit and credit cards, including freezing/unfreezing, adding a travel notice, ordering a new card and reporting a lost/stolen card

What devices are supported?

iPhone and Android mobile devices, iPads and Android tablets are also supported. As always, make sure your software is up to date.

What web browsers are supported?

The most updated versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
