The Lighthouse Credit Union Annual Meeting will be on March 31, 2025 at 2pm.

Board of Directors Nominations
At the meeting, three individuals will be elected to fill three vacancies on the Board of Directors. Each nominee, if elected, will serve a three-year term beginning on Monday, March 31, 2025.
The Governance & Nominations Committee of the Board of Directors has nominated the following individuals:
Regis Saucier
Regis lives in Newry, ME and is a Senior Engineer at ND Paper in Rumford. Regis has a combined tenure of 26 years of service on the Board of Directors, 11 at Woodlands Credit Union and 15 at Lighthouse Credit Union.
Justin Gamester
Justin lives in Greenland, NH and is the President/CEO of Piscataqua Landscaping and Tree Service in Elliot, ME. Justin has served on the Board of Directors of Lighthouse Credit Union for 12 years, and prior to that served on the credit union’s Supervisory Committee for 6 years.
Joseph Geoghegan
Joe lives in Cape Elizabeth, ME and is a Partner and the Director of Development at Tidemark Real Estate Development and Investment in Hookset, NH. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College in Williamstown, MA and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.
Nomination Information
In accordance with Lighthouse Federal Credit Union’s Bylaws: Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting, as the Governance & Nominations Committee has provided sufficient nominees to fill all vacancies; and if the number of nominees equals the number of vacancies, as it does with the current nominations proposed by the Committee, the Credit Union will not conduct the election by ballot. To make additional nominations for vacancies by petition, members must deliver a completed petition packet, including a petition signed by at least 500 members, to the Election Coordinator no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Wednesday, February 19, 2025. For petition packets or additional information, contact the Election Coordinator at elections@lighthousecu.org.
